1. How do I create an account?
Download the app from playstore or appstore whichever device you are using or prefer,
For android users:
You can signup/create account through phone number and google account.
For iOS users:
You can signup/create account through phone number, google account and apple account.
2. Is it safe to use this dating app?

3. How do I edit my profile?
For both android and iOS users, after opening the app
Tap the profile icon in bottom right navigation.
From their near profile, you will see an option to edit the profile.
4. How can I upload photos?
There are two types to upload photos, basically uploading to your profile and uploading in chats.
To upload to profile, just navigate to profile section from bottom right corner of the app
Tap profile circular shaped icon or edit profile.
To upload in chats, once you have initiated a chat with a user.
Open the chat and tap on image icon in bottom left corner
From there you can upload.

5. How does the matching algorithm work?
We are using Gale Shepley algorithm for matching users. Below are the logic which are applied to show user list: 1. 18-70 (Age between 18-70 Or user's specified age limit) 2. Filter for logged-in user (Here user specified some filter criteria by which we filter the list. The filter criteria is different for every user) 3. Remove blocked users (Do not show blocked user) 4. Remove liked users (Do not show already liked user) 5. Remove disliked users (Do not show already disliked user) 6. Filter list based on location (Here we show user list based on the logged-in user's current location) 7. Filter list based on max distance (Here we show user list based on user's specified radius or default 3 km radius) 8. Filter Opposite gender (We show opposite gender's users only) 9. Boost Users (Here we filter users who purchased boost) 10. Users who are active in last 3 days (Users who are active in last 3 days) 11. Users whose are not active in last 3 days but active in last 10 days(Users who are active in last 7 days) 12. Sort data based on (boostUsers1, activeUsers1, weeklyActiveUsers1, inactiveUsers1) Here, we first show boost users then recent active users, weekly active users, and in last in-active users.

7. Can I message someone without matching with them?
If you’re a free user and this is your first chat initiation
Yes you can message without matching
For the second chat you either have to spend coins to message or buy a premium subscription.
There are no limitations for premium users to initiate chats.
8. How do I delete my account?
Go to profile section in buttom right corner
Tap on menu option in top right corner
You will get option to delete.
9. What are the premium features and how do I upgrade?
